PROPERTY MANAGAMENT

The foundation of property management involves taking care of the property and its tenants. A satisfied tenant will remain loyal upon lease renewal.

As our client, we will provide you with monthly reports and leasing updates. There will always be open communication with your Property Manager for any questions or      requests you may have.

As part of our Property Management we will:

· Collect rents and pay budgeted expenses

· General maintenance of the property

· Prompt response to tenant’s concerns with 24/7 emergency maintenance service

· Monthly reporting on tenants and maintance issues if needed

· Bookkeeping and monthly financial reports

· Execute leases, Prepare new leases and renewals

· Periodic property inspections; coordination of preventative maintenance

PROPERTY LEASING

Our experience and market networking keeps us ahead of the curve in understanding the competitive property leasing environment. We will:

· Work on marketing and pricing strategy

· Identify and attract potential tenants

· Tenant screening and select prospective tenants

· Present leasing terms for approval

· Prepare leasing documents

·Coordinate tenant improvements if required
